I offer fully personalized sessions that support both body and mind through movement, awareness, and self-expression. I blend Yoga and Pilates to create sessions tailored to your needs — whether you’re pregnant, recovering after pregnancy, healing diastasis recti, rebuilding core and glute strength, or simply looking to stretch, breathe, and reset. Having experienced pregnancy and postpartum recovery four times, I specialize in helping mothers reconnect with their bodies safely and confidently.
